25 Years Experience 

Central Property Services was founded in 2017 by myself & since then has a proud history of providing maintenance & building services to the Auckland rental property market. I am a qualified, licensed builder with a diploma in project management. I am experienced in residential new build & repair & commercial new build construction in Auckland & Christchurch where I managed over-cap house repairs following the Canterbury earthquakes. 

From a young age I have always enjoyed building & fixing things & throughout my career I have been involved in some amazing projects. So I thought what better way to showcase my knowledge & skills by offering my services as a builder, handyman & repair specialist.
